portrait of Frank KöosterFrank Köster ICS-Advies bv has been working since 1998 for a large number of widely diverse organisations. Particularly in the areas of Housing - Working - Welfare. Or in the border areas between them. This is partly where the expertise lies that was built through jobs in housing associations, consultancies, municipalities and the national government. And enriched by knowledge of other sectors.

What does it do?
The company's work includes: consulting, innovation and communication, interim management, presentations, organising workshops and training programmes. Organising know-how exchange projects and partnerships between The Netherlands and the UK.

Where?
Primarily in the Netherlands, and in the UK as well since 2001.

  • 1992 - Nationale Woningraad (National Housing Council) senior consultant.
  • 1994 - Director of staff office at housing association in The Hague.
  • 1998 - independent entrepreneur, director of ICS-Advies bv, Leiden.
  • Consultant to the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Introduction and
    launch of the CBL pilot in the United Kingdom.
  • Board member of a housing association (Leiden).
  • Associate of the Chartered Institute of Housing - London.
  • Member of KEI, Dutch Centre for Expertise and Innovation in Urban Renewal.
  • Member of NIROV the Netherlands Institute of Housing and Planning.
  • Board member of LaiKa Explorations.
